Brexit has to be sorted, and the Tories have failed to do that. But this election is about so much more: it's about the NHS, the environment, extra funding for schools and the police. It's about electing someone to represent everyone here Angela Wilkins - Labour Candidate for Bromley & Chislehurst
I will be knocking on as many doors as possible between now and election day, but it’s going to be impossible for me to speak to everyone in such a short space of time!
If you have a question for me or would like to know more about what I want to see change for people in Bromley & Chislehurst, please get in touch, either via Twitter @angelawilkins1 or email@example.com
Angela lives in the borough and has three grown-up daughters. Originally hailing from North Wales, Angela joined the Labour Party while studying at the London School of Economics. She returned to Clwyd and, while running her own businesses, was elected as both a district and county councillor.
Angela then went on to work for the Labour Party in a variety of senior roles, most notably as Head of Fundraising and head of the Deputy Leader’s office.
Following a period working for a Non-Governmental Organisation in emerging democracies such as Morocco, Iraq and Libya, Angela settled in Bromley running her own ice cream business and now works part-time for a housing support charity.
Angela has been a borough councillor since 2014 and is the Leader of the Labour Group of councillors.
